OXUS Development Network currently work with the following employees :

- The technical advisers (expatriate) : in charge of the coordination of Microfinance activities in each OXUS MFI.

- The Chief Financial Officers (expatriate and local staff)

- The accountants (local staff)

- The loan administrators (local staff) : in charge of analysing the credit request with the credit Comitee

- The loan officers (local staff) : they are managing all the daily operations related to the credit from searching new clients, to distributing the loan untill its reimbursment

- The internal auditors (local staff): they are analysing the financial methodology of OXUS branches

- The IT managers (local staff)
